UFO Sighting, December, 11 2015

In the Midnight hour of December 11, 2015, It was warmer than usual for this time of the year, early December and 53f after midnight, the skis cloudy but almost as if to react to my desire to gaze at the stars the clouds began to split to reveal a panoramic view of the heavens.

Myself, Sue Brown and her eldest daughter Lindsey decided to take a late night walk over to a small cemetery at the edge of town to do some late night paranormal filming, the night began ordinary and uneventful, to be honest our family are all paranormal seekers however it seems that most of the experiences don’t come from sightings but stories well over thought about and an over eager desire to witness anything out of the ordinary, for example: a street light going off as we approach; that is not uncommon, turns into an act of the spirits attempting to communicate, trust me we tend to never leave any stone un-turned in our search for the supernatural.

We approached the cemetery and Sue began to experience some odd feelings of dread, indeed this woman has made me a believer some of the things that happen around her and her family are just un-explainable to a logical mind like mine

As we hit midpoint  deep into the heart of the graveyard , I began to get a feeling that I was being watched my hair stood up on the back of my neck and the overwhelming anticipation of witnessing a apparition took over, I turned the night vision camera on and began to film, Lindsey brave young lady as always took off on her own to explore, Sue and I just slowly moved about filming, as time passed our camera filmed nothing and it looked to be another uneventful night of field work, as we began to head back to the entrance to the cemetery we all three of us caught a still black figure sitting at the front of a grave stone, startled but curious we all started taking pictures odd as it may seem this figure just let us film and snap photos.

I recognized this figure or a similar being, a few years earlier I had experienced in a late night setting the same black Smokey figure that was darker than the night, but at that time the figure was startled and took flight disappearing into the backdrop of the midnight moonlight. This time almost as if it wanted the three of us to study it; it sat there,  it is entirely possible that do to the fact that all three of us saw it almost at the same time it decided to freeze as not to draw attention, but the gig was up! so to speak, we were on to it.(http://supernaturalmagazine.com/articles/lurking-in-the-shadows)

After snapping dozens of photos and some short videos, we decided it was time to head back to the house to load the footage to the computer and see what we caught, as we were walking again the street lamp went out, this is so common with us that I ignored it, this was a mistake as you are about to find out,  midway home I began to get a feeling of almost static electricity running through my body ever so slight but enough to know something was out of the ordinary, Sue at the same time said she all the sudden had a headache and that she was dizzy, she said “I need to rest”  we walk all the time and this was not unusual but for the two of us to experience some anomalies at the same point in time warrants attention, as a researcher I have learned over the years to never dismiss anything when it pertains to the paranormal.

The static feeling became stronger, I decided to take some still pictures around the immediate area around us, as I pointed the camera up, I spotted a low flying craft, I have no frame of reference so distance and size is a mystery, however the craft seemed to be round saucer shaped with two rows of light on the outer edge, it was late and dark so all I can tell you about the color of the craft is it looked like a low gray to dark but outlined enough to see it was saucer shaped, the craft moved above us from east to north west, slowly so slow in fact that any earthy aircraft would have fallen out of the sky.

The night vision camera I was taking the stills with is a (BENQ full HD 1080p, 5.0 mega pixels HDMI with night vision capability’s with a 12 red pod light bar accompaniment for night vision shots) that Sue and I purchased from a paranormal outfit selling them on Amizon.com.

After what seemed to be minutes the craft disappeared out of sight, I couldn’t say where, it was just there then it was not.

upon review of the nights footage, I can say that although we spent a lot of time filming in the graveyard and witnessed the shadow person, we caught nothing on film that could prove it was real and/or there, you will just have to take my word on it, for the second time in my life “I know what I saw” however some of the shots that I took of the saucer shaped craft did show up on the digital camera stills but not on the motion film.

I can’t tell you why the pictures are so fuzzy and distorted maybe due to the static in the air around us, I welcome any and all to scrutinize the shots, here they have been re-sized for space but nothing more, I have the full file with the original stills from the camera for further review by serious investigators.

In conclusion I can’t help but to assume that the shadow person, the lights, the static and Sue feeling sick and the craft are linked somehow, to many variable to close together to dismiss any possibility’s.

The Homiletic study and teachings of the Midrash, Talmud and New Testament gospel (aggadah) are so vital to the Christian belief structure that to explain these stories is to seemingly speak from a higher plane of reality.

Even if you don’t understand the historical and spiritual significance, you still get truth by design even if you’re clueless to the deeper meaning of the scriptures narrative.

What is meant to be literal and what is meant to point to something spiritual is not always clear and how it could apply to everyone individually and for a people (Nation).

Putting aside our differences of opinion with beliefs about the afterlife, the nature of the divine, and religious rituals we can all gain life lessons from ancient scriptures, Histories and philosophy.

The higher plans of reality are the focal point for most all paranormal and supernatural philosophies. Most of the terminology and definitions come down to us from ancient knowledge however through open and liberated thought we now have abstract terminology and the freedom to explore and share the possibilities openly and unrestricted allowing for the diversity we see in modernity.

It does not matter if you’re a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist or Wiccan a priest, witch or something in between there is valuable life lessons to be learned from the world’s religions.

Most all religions have a common theme, the differences between the world of parapsychology and organized religion is who wields the rights to “legally” harness the outlined abilities (Priest vs. witch etc.) inherent in all mankind.

Forging a yoke upon those of us who are kept in the dark or are not capable of understanding the deeper meaning to an obviously spiritual existence seems to be the ambition of the gods (mythology) and governments alike throughout history.

It is my express opinion that the understanding of the higher plains of reality has been deliberately obfuscated to the mental enslavement of mankind for the sole purpose of confinement and containment of ideals less savory to the elite and there regional and/or global agendas, but that’s me!

History explains all too well that the ancients and sages had a good grip on the spiritual aspect of a physical existence; they easily separated this reality from the next (afterlife) to the benefit of both laws and structured existence in the physical world and what was to be expected for the journey and residence of the heavenly realm.

There are many different ways to be spiritual; people and common ground are what bring everything together. We all share a common history and in most ways a common culture.

Life is about the people you’re with, a sense of community with those around you; nothing else matters nearly as much. 

Spirituality reminds us that we are not alone in our thinking and experiences.

"It is not if one believes, it is how one believes that guides the footsteps of life". As we open our minds to what seems to be a new paradigm of the paranormal and supernatural possibilities we must remember that there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9) and if one studies the origins of the supernatural and seeks to understand the paranormal all he/she has to do is pay attention to the documented history of mankind and replace what was deliberately removed or yet to be re- discovered from the texts passed down to us from our ancestors.

Lurking in the shadows:

Not long ago I was asked if I believe in what some call shadow people, I have to say at that time I was a skeptic, until one night as I do, I went out for a mid-summer evening walk and sure enough out of the corner of my eye I spotted movement, as my eyes shifted to my left lo and behold peering from behind a tree in my front lawn was a dark shadowy figure, Darker than the night that wrapped itself around everything visible in the dull moon light, Luckily I was fortunate enough to get a full on look at this creature, baffled my curiosity instantly took over and I took chase, the entity bolted greasy fast behind my garage never to be seen again.

what I saw had no discernible features except that it was human in appearance from the distance I was (#10 yards or around #30 feet) it looked to be five to six feet in height thin build but shimmery almost as if it were dark black smoke with human form, two legs, two arms head shoulders, torso, No facial features or noticeable clothing, I did not see the often notorious glowing eyes.

This encounter set me on a path of research into the phenomenon of shadow beings, below is a short overview of that research, as with most witnesses, the research is hardly complete and created more questions than answers.

The shadows:

Allusive and mysterious (the Shadow people), Dark shadows hiding just outside the normal field of vision, familiar shapes typically seen lurking in the dead of night in the corner of a room, peering from behind a tree or around a corner, Shadow people observe the souls they stalk from a distance and are known to flee if they realize they have been detected.

These Dark entities are the most misunderstood and allusive of all the paranormal beings reported by the living.

The Living tend to fear what they cannot see with understanding, the very word shadow coupled with person instills anxious thoughts of pending evil, largely due to misconceptions brought about by the entertainment industry, However there have been reports of the Living waking from sleep with a shadow person holding them down or choking them.

Shadow people are reported in all shapes and sizes from full grown adult, small and childlike, both male and female features, some with noticeable hats attached to their heads, some reports of just a black mist ominously hovering in a darkened area just outside the Human field of vision, some shadow people have been described as having red low glowing eyes.

There is a long on going interest in the phenomenon of shadow people by paranormal researchers from around the globe, what are they? Ghosts, Other-Dimensional Beings, Time Traveling Humans from some distant point in the future, manifestations of the imagination or something else altogether?

To label or list these creatures alongside common definitions like ghost, spirit or apparition demands clarification, unlike common manifestations of such energies we can classify, shadow people are yet to be fully understood as a part of the earthly spirit family.

The dark appearance and malevolent feelings that accompany reports of these creatures has led researchers to speculate that they are demonic in nature.

The jury is out as to what these creatures are and how we can classify them but the overwhelming evidence and eye witness accounts push the shadow people directly into the open arms and minds of the paranormal community for further investigation.

In the wake of events over the past ten years or so, the world is more on edge than ever with the constant threat of attack by extremist militant groups, In fact, on edge is exactly where we should be, these are no threats as we clearly see with 9/11 In the United States and the recent death of many French citizens by so called extremist militant factions operating in small numbers around the world.

As we march ever closer to all out world war do to these few unsavory characters, It’s no wonder Americans and other nations are apprehensive about allowing refugees from this part of the world into their countries.

The globe is no longer the user friendly Place it was when Nations were built by influx of immigrant populations such as the United States, it seems The United States and most other democratic nations have become  nations full of immigrants who hate immigrants, Let’s face it, there has always been inequality and racial tensions within our borders.” The color of racism is fear”,

The past has become a wellspring of hatred to every generation fallowing such misdoing as slavery, the holocaust and the treatment of Native Americans to mention just a few, history is chuck full of examples of bad decisions made by men and women with power hungry ignorance and evil intentions that unchecked went on to devastate entire populations of peoples from every corner of the planet.

The human population as a whole has pushed forward into a better standard of right and understands the mistakes of the past, Let us not repeats the tragedy’s caused by ignorance that allows evil intent to creep back into our culture.

Personally I see the pitfalls and possible dangers from cloaked militants masquerading as refuges to get close to potential targets within the Continental United States as well other potentially targeted countries, But First and foremost I see a people in need, Refuges are nothing new from war torn countries  throughout history.

First and foremost as Americans and liberated peoples, We have a responsibility to safeguard the lives of the innocent, however with the abilities, technology and resources of This United States and her allies there is no reason that any refugee cannot be cared for in the region of origin, it is not prudent to risk the lives of civilians by harboring possible enemy militants within.

I urge those who oversee our Governments as well the good people of the world to be vigilant and wise and approach this always tragic situation carefully  and humanely, we are dealing with human-beings that in fact are not all enemy militants and that had no choice in the matters of war.

The World Beyond Worlds

Psychic ability is yet to be validated by science although there is a long list of psychic abilities that continue to be ever present throughout human history.

What are Psychic Abilities?

There is no short answer to this question nor is there ample explanation that can provide any one individual or group interested in the subject of psychic ability surety in vetted understanding, Psychic ability’s come in all shapes and sizes and the degree of ability seems to vary on an individual basis however there are common terms used to better articulate the many colors of psychic endowments bestowed upon some and possibly all human kind.

The following list of psychic abilities can be summarized by definition. Some Individuals claim to have one of these abilities, while other Individuals claim that they possess several.

Astral projection: Let us break down the terminology of this label, Astral: “connected with, or resembling the stars”, Projection: “an estimate or forecast of a future situation or trend based on a study of present ones”, as we can see by definition this set of words combined does not fit the experience but in part or particular, to generalize the subject matter to a better end use, we can summarize the intention more fully as “out of body experience” or (O.B.E) thus placing a category of experiences under one heading.

Aura Reading:  Aura: “the atmosphere or quality that seems to surround and be generated by a person, thing, or place”, Reading: “the action or skill of reading written or printed matter silently or aloud” in the case of psychic ability, The Definition changes with the combination of the two words in context; “to read that which is not written or apparent; in this case the Aura.

   

Automatic writing: Automatic: “working by itself with little or no direct human control”. Writing: “marking coherent words on paper and composing text”. This ability as it pertains to a psychic ability is utilized to pass information from the spirit realms to the physical world. As we can see the words here can be defined as not without effort but by outside influences such as a spirit. (Spirit Writing).

Channeling: “To direct toward a particular end or object” This definition works somewhat with this label, the Channeler/Individual entering a meditative or trance-like state in order to receive messages from the spirit realm. In this instance the psychic serves as vessel for communication to take place between the spirit realm and the physical world.

Clairvoyance: “the supposed faculty of perceiving things or events in the future or beyond normal sensory contact. “, Remote Viewing:  “the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using subjective means”, Both Clairvoyance and Remote Viewing can be placed within this terminology,  Here the psychic can see visions of events, places and people Past, present or future.

Clairaudience: There is no definition for this word in the English; however we understand it to mean “Clear Hearing” here the psychic can perceive sound from outside sources from the spirit realm or physical world That are not audible to the normal ear that sometimes includes sounds from distant places in the present, past and/or future.

Clairsentience: Again there is no English definition for the word, we understand Clairsentience to mean “Clear Feeling”, here the psychic experiences awareness of people, places and objects, facts outside his/her immediate physical space.

Telepathy: “communication of thoughts or ideas by means other than the known senses” Here the psychic experiences the thoughts and feelings of others and in some cases communicate in this capacity, this is not limited to humans but there are recorded cases of animal telepathy as well in addition to human animal telepathic interaction.

Divination: “the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means” more common activities practiced by most commercial psychics such as fortune telling palm reading, and prophesying. Divination is more commonly the ability to foretell the future.

Dowsing:” a technique for searching for underground water, minerals, or anything invisible, by observing the motion of a pointer traditionally a forked stick, now often paired bent wires or the changes in direction of a pendulum, supposedly in response to unseen influences. “, This age-old art is a technique that was used for many millennia to locate natural objects and is still in use today for multiple purposes such as water wells and place location however not limited to inanimate objects or liquid, this practice has long been utilized by gifted psychics to locate missing persons Etc.

Intuition: “the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning” although this is a fact of the known human senses, we list it here do to the fact that there are extraordinary intuitive ability’s that far surpass the norm with some human-beings, such as the innate ability to feel or perceive outside the so called normal human ability’s.

Precognition: “foreknowledge of an event “, here the psychic can foretell the events leading up to a future moment in time or that led up to past events. This form of seeing involves specific information about an event, not a visual viewing of the future, some opinions differ here multiple forms of ability can take place at the same time.

Psychometry: also known as token-object reading, “the ability to discover facts about an event or person by touching inanimate objects associated with them”, here the psychic can feel/perceive vibrations or impressions from an object.

psychokinesis: “the ability to manipulate objects by mental effort alone”, There are many types listed for this ability under specific labels for the subject of psychic abilities, an in depth study will better help you to understand the abilities associated with this gift Such as Telekinesis.

Further study by any individual will uncover multitudes of terms used to describe abilities perceived by academia as paranormal and/or supernatural, here we have covered some of the more common terms used within the field of parapsychology and the psychic community to define ability’s and uses, I would encourage those with an interest in the subject to research the terms and definitions above to begin a study into the fascinating world of the paranormal. 

To move the phenomena of psychic abilities from the abstract and obscure to the attention of academia, the community must find common ground for the definitions and controlled, repeatable ability utilized by the psychic practitioner. There is little doubt in the minds of many that this subject warrants scientific peer review however the tendency for tricksters and hoaxers to fashion similar results utilizing common magic and sleight of hand/eye will continue to hinder serious studies into this field until there are conclusive, repeatable and controlled psychic demonstrations.

Man vs Nature, Mam vs Man

I have been getting email about some of my posts and blogs, to answer in part all of you who are worried about my free speech, Don’t! I may be new to writing articles and in fact am not very good at it in my opinion but I have something to say so I do it, I will in fact get better and more topic specific, If you didn’t care about what I had to say you were at liberty to move along yet you read the articles and took the time to email me, I grow from criticism and outside ideas about the subjects I explore so keep the email coming, as for the pic along with the article; you read the words on the page!, the pic is hard and to a point.

We need to (mankind) understand this is our home (Earth) and we need to start taking care of her, if the Earth dies we all die with her and she is in the throes of a chemically induced coma that her immune system cannot kick,  We mankind have indeed pushed her over the tipping point for supporting biodiversity, throwing many species into premature  extinction and threatening mankind as well.

I have a sneaking suspicion that mankind will lose diversified thought and creativity long before the earth forces our species to the point of all-out extinction, The past 200 years of human ignorance along with Political will and incoming paradigm shows a level of arrogance by mankind never before seen in history, we would do well to understand nature is a formidable adversary that will not go quietly; in that she will without a doubt if the threat is to her luminary family push the self-destruct button and take mankind out and/or enlist the help of other solar bodies to assist in the housecleaning like we suspect  with the dinosaurs.

Complacency and arrogance is man’s downfall.  Within the Natural order of Life we assumed ownership and long tenancy not guaranteed to us by the ultimate landlord.

#2, Perpetual warfare serves multiple service to the so called elite, first and foremost as in the article; population checks, but they are capitalists, they kill many birds with one stone, using the sufferings of the war torn to profit as well to show unchecked might to the masses keeping fear in front of our eyes indefinitely. All war is against the species (Mankind) don't be fooled into thinking it is anything other.

#3, Yes!, The Earth despite what we think we know is a living organism, we humankind have a symbiotic relationship with her, a one way relationship mind you, we require her to exist but she does not require us to exist, all man would do well to remember that.

#4, Before I write an article I read hundreds of articles on a subject and/or subjects, books and publications, I do utilize information to compile my views and opinions as well facts and some conjecture about ideas and information contained within my work, I am certain some similarity to others works is present, I utilize quotes and credits in this case unless I miss something which is possible, I am new to this!

#5, Our Governments are no longer in service to the people, they are self-serving entity's that concern themselves with continuity, The people Running The Governments perceive the planet as there birthright, all other people are a liability no mater your views race or religion, when there automated systems are in place you will then be fully expendable or better void of use to there idea of humanity.

The world is much more worrisome today than in previous years; Super storms, mega earthquakes, title- waves and perpetual warfare are nothing new; yet somehow in this late day they all seem more perpetuated by some force outside nature.

Warfare and malevolence seems to be man’s worldly claim to fame, not even biblical accounts of the heavenlie’s can claim such a legacy, however Super storms and earth changes are a combination of mankind’s activity’s and natures processes.

Nature:

Observations of Nature dictate that all Life forms as we know them operate on principal cycles, as much as man would like to lay claims to Natural processes and in fact are close with new technology and biological sciences to mimicking some creative ability’s, man cannot force the cycles of life that nature has placed natural limits on, The closer man gets, the more arrogance he displays the more destruction he creates within Nature and to himself.

Man:

Fukushima, Chernobyl, multiple oceanic oil spills, laboratory created super-bugs, chemical waste dumping, billions of metric tons of trash daily, deforestation, disposable products that mother earth cannot digest, chemicals in the food supply and not so fresh drinking water supply, tons of waste water runoff, factory’s pumping metric tons of pollution into the atmosphere, multi millions of automobiles and air craft spewing out poison gases all on a global scale, not to mention chemical warfare and nuclear weapons that without a doubt can destroy life in our solar system several times over, Yes with certainty I can state with ease that mankind has played a hand in the quickening of negative Earth changes.

Adding fuel to the fire now we have to deal with genetically modified organisms; in which the health effects to the human population and nature will not be understood for years to come. 

Another trait that affects our Earth that academia refuses to discuss is weight displacement, as man multiplies on the earth we concomitantly create weight, adding this into the equations for mass and velocity could have profound effects on our planet and her relationship to the other luminaries within our solar neighborhood, now take millions of heavy motor- vehicles etc. moving about the surface; there is no doubt in my mind that man has impacted planet earth; her biological systems as well as how she operates within time and space.

Mindset & Control:

Thomas Malthus (February,13  1766 –  December,29  1834) was an English cleric and scholar, in the fields of political economy and demography(the study of statistics such as births, deaths, income, or the incidence of disease, which illustrate the changing structure of human populations)”Now to include perpetual warfare and laboratory created super bugs.”,

His Essay on the Principles of Population addressed that sooner than later population will be checked by famine and disease, perpetuating to what is known as a Malthusian catastrophe. He wrote in opposition to the popular view in 18th-century Europe that saw society as improving and in principle as perfectible. He thought that the dangers of population growth precluded progress towards a utopian society:

With advancements in refrigeration, Medicine, Etc. Humans are living ever longer lifespans that compound Malthus' projections about population and resources.

Malthus wrote:  "The power of population is indefinitely greater than the power in the earth to produce subsistence for man”. Malthus saw this situation as imposed to teach virtuous behavior.

The increase of population is necessarily limited by the means of subsistence,

Population does invariably increase when the means of subsistence increase, and That the superior power of population is repressed and the actual population kept equal to the means of subsistence, by misery and vice".

Thomas Malthus believed that natural rates of human reproduction, when unchecked, would lead to geometric increases in population: population would grow in ratios of 2, 4, 8, 16, However, he believed that food production increased only in arithmetic progression: 2, 4, 6, 8.

To Malthus something had to keep the population in check to prevent collective starvation, he beveled in two general kinds of checks that limited population growth: preventative checks and positive checks. Preventative checks reduced the birth rate; positive checks increased the death rate.

Moral restraint, vice and birth control were the primary preventative checks. Moral restraint was the means by which humans limited their family size in order not to dissipate their wealth among larger numbers of heirs, vice and birth control were the means by which their numbers could be limited - but Malthus believed that these were insufficient to limit the vast numbers of the less fortunate.

Positive checks are famine, misery, plague and war; do to the fact that preventative checks have no limit; Malthus thought that positive checks were essential to do that job. If positive checks were unsuccessful, then undoubtedly famine would be the resulting way of keeping the population in check Before starvation set in, Malthus advised that steps be taken to help the positive checks to do their work.

“It is an evident truth that, whatever may be the rate of increase in the means of subsistence, the increase in population must be limited by it, at least after the food has been divided into the smallest shares that will support life. To Malthus the masses were incapable of exercising moral restraint, which was the only viable remedy for population control. They were therefore doomed to live always at impoverished levels if income and wealth were distributed among them, it would be totally wasted within one generation because of profligate behavior and they would be as poor and destitute as before they received monetary gain. Paternalistic attempts to help the poor were therefore likely to fail. However they were a necessary evil because they drained wealth and income from the wealthy ranks of society.

Understanding the mindset of the malevolent ones will greatly increase one’s chance at life in the pursuit of liberty and happiness.

OUR SWORN DUTY.

U.S. COURT DECISIONS CONFIRM "DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE" IS A CITIZENS RIGHT AND NOT A GOVERNMENT GRANTED PRIVILEGE.

For many years law enforcement Professionals within the criminal justice System have illegally acted upon the (willful ignorance) belief that traveling by motor vehicle upon the roadway is a privilege that is granted to an Individual only after approval by their respective state government in the form of the issuance of a permit or license.

Legislators, police officers and court officials are becoming (should have been) aware (Ignorance of the rights of the people is no excuse, willful oversight of said rights from any/all officials/Civil servants is a crime) that there are court decisions that prove the erroneous legal opinion that" driving is a privilege and therefore requires government approval, i.e. a license".

legally you are traveling not driving However, just because you have a right to do something (in this case the right to travel), does not mean you will never be hassled, intimidated, charged or even temporarily thrown in prison or detained by civil servants or the court.

Constitutional Rights must be constantly asserted and defended, especially in the face of growing willful ignorance of the constitutional rights granted to the people by the states and federal government agencies, meaning we the people need to be prepared to defend ourselves. "Liberty is not for the faint of heart but established by the sacrifices of those who act", but such is the price paid by those who defend her. (Liberty).

You’re Automobile (private Property)

A Private automobile is not required by any law, code or statute to be recorded (registered). Any recording (pledge) of your Private automobile and/or property to any agency are strictly voluntary.

Any record/contract you or a Dealership (title Corporation) has done was a fraudulently conveyed act as the recording agency/automobile Dealer or erroneously presumed justification told you that you must record your Private Property. The voluntary pledge that was done without just compensation is usually done through fraud, deceit, coercion and withholding of facts (truth), which can only be construed as fraud and unjust enrichment by any agency as well as a willful malicious act to unjustly enrich the recording agency and its public servants.

“Men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, -‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness;’ and to ‘secure,’ not grant or create, these rights, governments are instituted. That property which a man has honestly acquired he retains full control of, subject to these limitations: first, that he shall not use it to his neighbor’s injury, and that does not mean that he must use it for his neighbor’s benefit: second, that if he devotes it to a public use, he gives to the public a right to control that use; and third, that whenever the public needs require, the public may take it upon payment of due compensation.” Budd v. People of State of New York, 143U.S. 517 (1892).

Some of these cases are:

Case # 1 - "Even the legislature has no power to deny to a citizen the right to travel upon the highway and transport his property in the ordinary course of his business or pleasure, though this right may be regulated in accordance with the public interest and convenience. - Chicago Motor Coach v Chicago 169 NE 22

("Regulated" here means traffic safety enforcement, stop lights, signs, etc. NOT a privilege that requires permission i.e.- licensing, mandatory insurance, vehicle registration, etc.)

Case # 2 - "The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."- Thompson v Smith 154 SE 579.

It could not be stated more conclusively that Citizens of the states have a right to travel, without approval or restriction (license), and that this right is protected under the U.S. Constitution.

Case # 3 - "The right to travel is a part of the liberty of which the citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the 5th Amendment." - Kent v Dulles, 357 U.S. 116, 125.

Case # 4 - "Undoubtedly the right of locomotion, the right to remove from one place to another according to inclination, is an attribute of personal Liberty, and the right, ordinarily, of free transit from or through the territory of any State is a right secured by the l4th Amendment and by other provisions of the Constitution." - Schactman v Dulles, 96 App D.C. 287, 293.

FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT

As hard as it is for those in Law enforcement to believe, there is no room for speculation in these court decisions. 

The American citizen does indeed have the inalienable right to use the roadways unrestricted in any manner as long as they are not damaging or violating property or rights of another.

Government, in requiring the people to file for "drivers licenses, vehicle registrations, mandatory insurance, and demanding they stop for vehicle inspections, DUI/DWI roadblocks etc. without question, are "restricting", and therefore violating, the Peoples common law right to travel.

This means that the presumed laws our state legislators, the courts, and those involved in the law enforcement profession have acted erroneously upon for years have been in error and/or willful ignorance.

Actual facts state that U.S. case law is overwhelming in determining that - to restrict, in any fashion, the movement of the individual American in the free exercise of their right to travel upon the roadways, (excluding "commerce" which the state Legislatures are correct in regulating), is a serious breach of those freedoms secured by the U.S. Constitution.

OUR SWORN DUTY

An area of serious consideration for every police officer, is to understand that the most important law in our land he/she has taken an oath to protect, defend, AND ENFORCE, is not state laws, nor city or county ordinances, but, that law that supersede all other laws in our nation, - the U.S. Constitution. If laws in a particular police officer's state, or local community are in conflict with the SUPREME LAW of our nation, there Is no question that the officer's duty is to "uphold the U.S. Constitution."

"THE CLAlM AND EXERCISE OF A CONSTITUTIONAL RlGHT CANNOT BE CONVERTED INTO A CRIME." - Miller v U.S., 230 F 2d 486. 489.
